A Novel Cost-Effective EEG-Based Technique Using Fewer Channels to Detect Mental Fatigue in Office Settings with Machine Learning
Proposes a machine learning framework to detect mental fatigue in office environments using an optimized reduced-channel EEG setup. Evaluated across 14, 8, and 4-channel configurations using Power Spectral Density (PSD) and Mutual Information feature selection on the benchmark STEW dataset alongside an independently collected workplace EEG cohort. XGBoost demonstrated superior classification and regression accuracy, proving that reduced-channel configurations enable portable, wearable cognitive monitoring with minimal trade-offs in predictive performance.
Air Quality Prediction and Public Health Risk Assessment Using Machine Learning: A Case Study of Dhaka and Rajshahi in Bangladesh
Investigates urban air pollution across Dhaka and Rajshahi, Bangladesh, using SARIMA, XGBoost, Random Forest, and LSTM time-series models to forecast PM2.5, PM10, and CO concentrations through 2030. Projected levels exceed WHO guidelines, indicating heightened cardiopulmonary risks and highlighting the urgent need for data-driven air quality management in rapidly urbanizing regions.

My work centers around architecting resilient cloud backends with Java & Spring Boot, engineering fast enterprise interfaces with Next.js & TypeScript, managing AWS cloud infrastructure, and expanding cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
